Hourly work is $80 per hour - minimum two hours. For custom or more extensive projects, total cost quotes can also be prepared

Hi, I’m Brian - owner of BKM Builds.
I’m a carpenter with several years of experience working for a custom home builder. I’ve also spent the last five years renovating my own fixer-upper.
In our home, I’ve taken on projects big and small. From installing new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen, to opening up a wall to create a dining room, and even completing a full second-floor renovation with a reworked floor plan and added bathroom. These projects have sharpened my skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, and given me hands-on problem solving experience.
To strengthen my knowledge of residential construction, I also completed a 10-week (140-hour) home inspection course. This training gave me a comprehensive understanding of how homes are built and how to spot potential issues before they become costly repairs.
I take pride in my attention to detail and craftsmanship and I look forward to helping you maintain your home.
